However, with the cancer already in his liver, he faced an even greater challenge: a liver transplant in 2024. Thanks to advancements in medical research, liver transplants for colorectal cancer patients have become life-saving procedures, drastically improving survival rates. The transplant successfully removed all traces of cancer from his body, offering him a chance at true recovery.
