“Midnight CaII Confusion That WiII Leave You in Stitches!”

A married couple was sleeping peacefully in the middle of the night when the phone suddenly rang around 2 a.m.

The wife, who was blonde, reached over and answered the call, still groggy from sleep.

She listened briefly to the person on the other end, clearly confused by what she was hearing.

After a few seconds, she responded with irritation, “How would I know? That’s 200 miles away!” and then hung up the phone.

The sudden call and her strange reply piqued her husband’s curiosity.

He turned to her and asked, “Who was that on the phone?” hoping for an explanation.

Still puzzled, she replied, “I don’t know… some woman asking if the coast is clear.”
